At Pizza Nova our regular and whole wheat dough is made fresh daily in our HACCP approved, pizza dough making facility.

All our dough is trans fat-free and made with only the finest wheat from the Canadian Prairies and 100% purified water.

GLUTEN-FREE MULTIGRAIN PIZZA CRUST

More and more Canadians are affected by Gluten intolerance and at Pizza Nova we understand the challenges of adjusting your diet. The good news is you can still enjoy Pizza Nova!

Our gluten-free multigrain pizza crust is Trans Fat-Free, Egg Free, Milk Free, Lactose Free and Cholesterol Free. Please note, however, that the gluten-free multigrain pizza crust does contain yeast.
